北大汇丰MBA申请短文写作指导，博雅汇MBA

在线完整填写申请表并上传申请资料，在线提交的申请材料包括申请书、成绩单、个人简历、单位组织结构图，推荐信等。确认信息无误后直接在线提交。考生提交申请材料时需选择申请项目与面试批次，并在面试批次规定的时间内在线提交申请材料。每位考生有一次申请机会，不可以同时申请全日制MBA与非全日制MBA项目（在职MBA项目）。申请全日制MBA项目的考生在申请系统中需要提交英文简历及英文申请短文。

申请材料的作用有两个：一个是通过材料可以有面试资格；第二个是面试的起点分。以上三家的MBA申请材料的淘汰率大概在60%-80%左右。而MBA面试的时候老师就是拿着你的申请材料来问的，他们问的就是这份申请材料上背后的商业问题。

申请短文（非全日制）

*1、假设你正在PHBS MBA的第一堂课上，请向同学们和老师介绍一下你自己。（500字左右）

*2、在你的人生经历中，经历的最大的挫折是什么？你是怎么应对的？结果如何？（500字左右）

*3、请讲述数字化转型对你工作的影响，以及你如何应对。（500字左右）

申请短文（全日制）

Essay 1: What matters most to you, and why? (Recommended 500 words)

Essay 2: How will you introduce yourself to your classmates on the first day at PHBS. (Recommended 500 words)

Essay 3: Tell us about a time when you went beyond what was defined or established. (Recommended 500 words)

Tell us not only what you did but also how you did it. What was the outcome? How did people respond? Only describe experiences that have occurred during the last three years.

推荐信问题

1.*您在何种场合认识申请人？认识申请人已有多长时间？您与申请人有过怎样的交流？如果您与申请人在同一组织中，请简要描述申请人在组织中的角色和职能。

How did you get to know the applicant and how long have you known him/her? How would you describe your relationship with the applicant? If you are in the same company, please briefly define the applicant’s role and professional responsibilities in the firm.

2.*请描述您对申请人印象最深的一件事是什么？请谈一谈当时的情形及申请人表现。

Please talk about the most impressive thing the applicant did in your opinion. What was the circumstance and how did the applicant deal with the problem?

3.*请您提供申请人的个人特质、领导潜力、职业素养、人际交往（包括与上级、同级、下级的关系）与团队协作等方面的补充信息，以便北大汇丰MBA招生委员会对申请人有进一步的了解。
